Orders will be delivered by UPS Special Delivery for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

All orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Thursday will be shipped that day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be sent out Friday for delivery on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. All orders must be signed for at the appropriate delivery address, and if UPS are unable to obtain this then your parcel will be returned to your nearest UPS depot with a card advising you of the option to arrange another delivery date or for you to collect at your convenience.
